Brown Bird Co.

Colton at Brown Bird Co. wanted to make his business look more official with a logo. He wanted a game bird such as a pheasant or chukar in his logo with his business’ name in cursive. I reviewed pictures of different game birds and sketched them out in simplistic designs for his logo. My sketches of the pheasant looked the most iconic with its red patch around the eye so I matched it with two contrasting but complementary fonts. I wanted to make sure the logo looked professional and stood out from other game bird farms. The final concepts and logo were created in Adobe Illustrator.
